This is my second real estate transaction with Alex Wright and my experience with him was just as good, if not better, than my first. He is extremely knowledgeable, very patient, and provides well thought out advice, even if it’s not always what you want to hear. I believe the advice is one of his distinguishing factors. Too many people in the business are trying to be people pleasers but what you want is a partner that helps you navigate the complexities of home transactions. That is exactly where he shines. Alex has been working to help us make our place here in northern Texas for almost 2 years before we landed at the right home in 2025. He has always been very responsive to our thoughts and concerns and never made us feel unimportant. Bought and sold a Single Family home in 2026 in Camelot, Garland, TX.

Excellent. Very knowledgeable. Caught multiple discrepancies in closing paperwork. Gave good advise on prepping house for sale. High degree of general and local market knowledge. Very good with comps evaluations. Strong guidance on multi offer risk analysis vs financials.
