In your agreement — not in a brochure
Three commitments, in writing. Most agents promise good service. We put ours in the contract, with consequences we pay if we miss.
Real estate moves fast, and unanswered questions cost real money. So here's the deal, in writing:
No mega-team in DFW puts a number on their response time — because they can't. In two years, this penalty has never been paid once. That's the point.
At high-volume teams, the person who wins your business isn't the person who does the work. You're passed from an inside sales agent to a showing assistant to a transaction coordinator you've never met.
Here, Alex is your agent — showings, negotiation, inspection, closing. Same person, same cell number, the whole way. It's written into our agreement.
And when we say "small family team," here's exactly who that is: our admin keeps your paperwork and deadlines airtight behind the scenes, and our staging specialist handles staging and design for sellers — and helps buyers make the new house feel like home after closing, if they'd like. They make everything smoother. They're never a substitute for Alex. You always know who's doing what — no mystery hand-offs, ever.
Sometimes the right answer is "don't sell yet." Or "that house will fight you at resale." Or "this builder's incentive isn't the deal it looks like." We'll tell you — even when it costs us a commission. One honest answer is worth more to us than one transaction. That's how we'd treat family, and it's the only way we know how to work.
